Why a platform for fitness, not another course builder
Course platforms were designed for slides and quizzes. A fitness student needs a guided session with a countdown, a rest timer, a next move preview and an alternative when a knee hurts. A fitness business needs streaks, progress that can be measured, a quiz that turns a cold visitor into a paying student, and a lifecycle that keeps a subscriber past the second month. We built all of that as the core of the product, because we needed it for our own schools first.
What we believe
- Ownership. students, emails, progress and sales belong to the creator, with export at any time.
- Honest billing. the renewal price is visible before a trial ends, cancellation takes two taps, pausing keeps progress.
- Consent first. health data, measurements and photos are stored only after explicit consent that can be withdrawn.
- Two languages on both sides. Ukrainian and English for students, with the same care in every template.
- No percentage of your sales. one plan price, payouts go straight to your Stripe account.
How the product is built
FitCoUp runs in the European Union on infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt. The student app works as a website and as an installable PWA on iOS and Android, so a creator is live without an app store review. Every action in the dashboard is written to an audit log, team members get roles with matching permissions, and the retention engine ships with templates that a creator can edit in both languages.
Zubalenok, the first school
Zubalenok sells flexibility and mobility programs: splits, a 4 week beginner mobility program, a full body mobility program and a 21 day challenge. Moving it to FitCoUp shaped the product: measurements such as fold distance, progress photos with side by side comparison, streaks that follow the program cadence instead of the calendar, and a cancel flow that offers a pause before a goodbye.
