Sales funnels

Sales funnels for fitness creators, from the quiz to the next program

Sales funnels in FitCoUp connect every step a buyer takes inside your school: the quiz sends a visitor to the right offer, the thank you page shows a one-click offer, checkout recovery emails reach people who left the checkout, and upsell funnels offer a subscription or the next level when a student is ready for it.

The basic funnels come with every plan, including Basic at 99 EUR per month. Enterprise adds the full set: a downsell, your own thank you URL, the full recovery series and the premium and reactivation funnels. Each funnel starts from a template and comes with a playbook.

How a sales funnel works for a fitness creator

A fitness school sells in steps. A visitor answers a quiz and buys an entry product, such as a short program or a challenge. A few days later the same student is training, and the right next step is your club or the next program. A sales funnel is the set of moments where that step is offered, plus the rules that decide who sees what and when.

In FitCoUp these moments live inside your app and your checkout, so the offer, the purchase and the access stay in one system with your own Stripe account behind it.

Thank you page with a one-click offer

After a purchase the buyer lands on the thank you page from the template. It confirms the payment, opens the first workout and shows one offer: another program at the price you set, with a timer. The buyer adds it with one tap using the card they just paid with, and 3D Secure runs on the same page when the bank asks for it.

  • One offer after each purchase, shown once per order.
  • The card just used, with no second card entry.
  • A real timer kept on the server, from 5 minutes to 24 hours, that a reload never resets.
  • Buyers who already own the program do not see the offer.
  • Optional video, what is inside, questions and answers, testimonials and a guarantee line.
  • Enterprise adds a downsell after a declined offer and your own thank you URL.

Checkout recovery emails

Some visitors reach the checkout and stop. The checkout asks for a name, an email and consent to a reminder, and with that consent FitCoUp sends short emails in your name. Every plan sends the first two emails of the series: other ways to pay when the bank declined the card, and a personal note from you 45 minutes to 3 hours after the checkout, depending on the price.

Enterprise sends the full series: after 24 hours the questions people ask before a start and one student story, after 72 hours how the guarantee works, and on day 6, for programs from 49 EUR, an optional late incentive: a bonus or a single use code for 48 hours.

  • Emails go only to people who ticked the reminder box at the checkout.
  • Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 in the buyer's time zone.
  • The series stops on payment, unsubscribe, a bounce, a refund or a newer checkout.
  • At most once per address in 14 days.
  • One person in ten gets no email, so the numbers show the real lift.

Upsell funnels: entry to subscription and the next level

Upsell funnels offer the next step inside the app, at the moment it makes sense for the student. Two funnels come with every plan.

  • Entry to subscription. After three sessions in the first week of a one-time purchase, the student is offered your club with the purchase counted toward the first month.
  • After the second paid month. The annual plan, with the months it saves.
  • Entry to the next level. Halfway through a program, one free session of the next one.
  • At the finish. The next level with a completion bonus or a discount of up to 20% for 5 days.
  • One active funnel per student, at most 2 offer emails a week, and no offers during a refund or a failed payment.

Premium and reactivation funnels on Enterprise

Enterprise adds two more funnels. The premium funnel invites a student who finished a program with 12 sessions in 30 days, or bought two products, to your coaching or premium group with the real seats and start date, without a discount. The reactivation funnel follows students who stopped: no first session after 48 hours, no progress by day 7, ten days without a session, and a return offer 21 to 30 days after a cancel.

Basic funnels and full funnels by plan

Each funnel has a playbook in the dashboard: why it works, how to turn it on and which number to watch. The Revenue from mechanics card shows what each funnel earned.

  • Every plan. The thank you page and the failed payment page from the template, with a one-click offer after each purchase.
  • Every plan. The checkout capture step and the first two checkout recovery emails.
  • Every plan. Upsell funnels from an entry product to a subscription and to the next level.
  • Pro and above. Order bumps and coupons at the checkout.
  • Enterprise and Agency. Downsell after a declined offer, your own thank you URL with a signed link, the full recovery series, premium and reactivation funnels.
