What trainers sell and how to build it in FitCoUp
A fixed program, for example an 8 week strength plan at 59 EUR one-time, is built as weeks and modules with sequential access. Monthly coaching, for example 29 EUR per month with a 7 day free trial, opens a growing library. Prices are examples; you set your own.
- One-time program. weeks and modules, sequential access, a free preview lesson, lifetime access.
- Monthly coaching. a trial for new clients only, pause, plan change with proration.
- Challenge. a fixed start date, date based access, a deadline and a quantity limit.
- Offers. monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time on one product, plus coupons.
- Templates. publish when the first lesson is ready, duplicate for the next cohort.
A workout player clients actually follow
The player runs each exercise with a countdown, a rest timer and a next move preview, and offers alternatives for a client with a sore knee or no equipment. A client who stops at exercise six resumes there. A mood and pain check-in after the session is stored only with consent. Progress shows streaks, measurements such as weight, progress photos side by side, and milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.
From a quiz to the right program
Every lead in DMs asks the same five questions; the quiz funnel builder asks them once. Branching rules map answers about goal, experience, equipment and schedule to the right program and offer, so a beginner with dumbbells at home sees a different result than a gym regular. Email capture sits before or after the result with separate marketing consent, and analytics show drop-off per question.
Keeping clients after the challenge ends
The retention engine is enabled on day one and editable. A trial gets a day 0 welcome, a day 1 nudge if the first session is not done, a day 3 check-in, a day 5 offer and a notice two days before the end. Monthly clients get these rules.
- Week one. habit confirmation after three sessions.
- Streak at risk. a message the day before it breaks.
- Inactivity at 3, 7 and 14 days. a nudge, then a pause offer.
- Failed payment. retries on day 1, 3 and 7; win-back with a coupon after 30 days.
- Cancel flow. save offers such as pause 30 days, 50% off the next month or a switch to annual.
Moving from Trainerize, PDFs and chats
ABC Trainerize prices per client and, as of October 2026, sells a branded app, payments and video coaching as paid add-ons. FitCoUp prices by plan: Basic at 99 EUR per month includes 300 students and every core feature. A CSV import with email, name, program and end date moves paying clients with their access dates. Videos stay on YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny or move to private storage. A school from templates can be live the same day; a full catalog takes about a week.
