Questions
Is there really no commission on sales?
Yes. FitCoUp charges the monthly or annual plan and nothing else. Stripe charges its own processing fee on each payment, as it does on every platform, and pays out to your Stripe account directly.
What happens when I reach the student limit?
Active students count toward the limit, and the dashboard warns you at 80 percent. Moving to the next plan is one click; the upgrade applies at once and the unused days of the current plan are credited.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with a credit for unused days, downgrades apply at the end of the paid period, and cancellation keeps your school live until that date. There is no contract beyond the period you paid for.
Do I pay for team members?
Seats are included: one on Basic, five on Pro, fifteen on Enterprise and unlimited on Agency. Every seat gets a role such as content, support, marketer, finance, coach or analyst with matching permissions.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days of any plan with every feature of that plan, without a card. Your school, programs, offers and students stay when you subscribe.
Which currencies and taxes are supported?
Plans are billed in EUR. Your students pay in the currency you set on each offer through Stripe, and Stripe handles the card processing in your country of registration.
