Subscriptions and retention

A fitness subscription platform built to reduce churn

FitCoUp is a fitness subscription platform where billing and retention are one system. Monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time offers sit on the same product, payments run through your own Stripe account, and a retention engine with 16 rules and 64 templates is on from day one.

Dunning retries failed payments on day 1, 3 and 7, the cancel flow offers a pause or a discount before a client leaves, and win-back reaches out after 30 days, all with a 0% platform fee.

No card required. Cancel anytime.

Plans, trials and plan changes

Plan changes use proration: an upgrade applies at once with credit for the unused time, a downgrade applies at the end of the period. Clients can pause instead of canceling, and their progress waits for them.

Cancel flow with save offers

Cancellation takes two taps, and between them the client sees a reason step and the save offers you enable.

  • Pause for 30 days, so a client in a busy month keeps progress and comes back.
  • 50% off the next month for a client who hesitates on price.
  • Switch to annual for a client who prefers to commit for a year.

When a card fails, FitCoUp retries the payment on day 1, day 3 and day 7, and the retention engine sends failed payment messages in between so the client can update the card. A renewal notice goes out three days before a monthly renewal, and the renewal price is shown before a trial ends.

Payments run through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account. FitCoUp never holds your money and takes a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe processing applies.

Basic at 99 EUR includes subscriptions, trials, one-time products and the retention flows for trials and monthly plans. Pro adds coupons, order bumps and upsells, and Enterprise adds advanced lifecycle email and push.
