For mobility coaches

Stretching app for coaches who sell flexibility programs online

Coaches run a splits program online in a Telegram chat, collect transfers, send a video a day, and watch the group go silent after 30 days. FitCoUp is a stretching app for coaches that turns that routine into a product: a branded app, a mobility course platform with timed holds, fold distance measurements and renewals that run on their own.

The first school live on FitCoUp is Zubalenok, flexibility and mobility programs by Karyna Zubalenok, so the player was shaped around holds, splits and backbends.

Timed holds

A countdown for each stretch, a rest timer between sides, a next position preview, alternatives for restrictions.

Fold distance and photos

Fold distance, progress photos side by side and a goal forecast make progress visible.

A template for mobility

A ready 4 week mobility program with 12 sessions, offers and trials in one click.

Streaks that match your cadence

Three sessions a week means three; two freezes a month cover travel days.

From a splits program to a mobility membership

A splits program, for example 8 weeks at 49 EUR one-time, runs as weeks and modules with sequential access. A mobility membership, for example 15 EUR per month or an annual plan, keeps students moving after the goal. Prices are examples; you set your own.

  • Splits program. 8 weeks, sequential unlock, a free preview session, a one-time price.
  • Mobility membership. monthly and annual on one product, a free trial for new students only.
  • Challenge. 30 days of backbends with a fixed start date, so the group stretches together.
  • Advanced blocks. duplicate the program, swap exercises, publish as a new product.
  • Offers. monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time, plus coupons.

A player for holds, sides and gentle progress

The player times each hold, runs a rest timer, shows the next position and switches sides without the student touching the screen. A student who stops at the frog stretch resumes there. After every session the app asks about mood and pain, stored only with consent. Progress is the heart of it: fold distance, progress photos side by side, a goal forecast, streaks, and milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.

A quiz that reveals the right flexibility plan

Leads from Reels arrive with one question: will this work for me. The quiz funnel builder answers it with a plan. Questions about current range, for example how far from the floor in a forward fold, pain history and time per day map through branching rules to the right program and offer. Email capture comes before or after the result with separate marketing consent, and analytics show drop-off per question.

Keeping students after the 30 days

Flexibility fades without practice. The retention engine, 16 rules and 64 templates in English and Ukrainian, is on from day one and editable.

  • Trial. day 0 welcome, day 1 nudge, day 3 check-in with the first measurement, day 5 offer, a notice two days before the end.
  • Week one. habit confirmation after three sessions; a streak at risk message the day before it breaks.
  • Inactivity. messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer.
  • Measurement reminder after 7 days, only with health consent.
  • Renewal notice three days before billing; retries on day 1, 3 and 7; win-back after 30 days.
  • Rewards at milestones. a coupon, extra content or an extra freeze.

Moving from Telegram chats and PDF plans

Most coaches arrive with a Telegram group, videos and a spreadsheet of who paid until when. FitCoUp imports that spreadsheet as CSV with email, name, program and end date, with access dates intact. Videos go to private storage or stay on YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny. The 4 week mobility template gives you a published program the same day; a full catalog takes about a week. Payments move to your own Stripe account with a 0% platform fee.
