What your students get
A Teachable student gets a course page with video, text and downloads in the shared app. A workout also needs a timer, a plan for today and a reason to return tomorrow. FitCoUp students get your branded PWA:
- Programs as a day by day path with weeks, modules and free preview lessons.
- Guided player. per exercise countdown, rest timer, next move preview, alternatives, circuits and intervals.
- Follow along video mode, resume where you stopped, mood and pain check-in.
- Streaks with two freezes a month, milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions, progress photos.
Selling and retention
Teachable sells a course. FitCoUp sells a program and keeps the student training afterwards. The quiz builder maps answers to the right program and offer, captures email and shows drop-off per question. A product sells as monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime or one-time; Pro adds coupons, order bumps and upsells. The retention engine runs from day one: trial nudges, streak alerts, inactivity flows with a pause offer, dunning and a win-back after 30 days. The cancel flow offers a 30 day pause, 50% off the next month or a switch to annual.
Who should stay on Teachable
Teachable is the right call when:
- Your content is educational. theory, anatomy, certification prep or a nutrition course without workouts.
- You are testing a first course and $39 or $89 per month fits the stage.
- You sell one video course without subscriptions, streaks or cadence.
- The shared Teachable app is acceptable to your students.
Moving from Teachable to FitCoUp
Import a CSV with email, name, program and end date. Videos go to private storage, or link from YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny. Rebuild lessons in the program builder or start from a template such as a 4 week mobility program with 12 sessions. Subscriptions restart in your FitCoUp checkout, so a coupon for returning students helps. A school can be live the same day; a full catalog takes about a week, and the 14 day trial needs no card. FitCoUp is built by ZBL Company BV (Belgium), the team behind Zubalenok.
