Pricing: Kwiga vs FitCoUp
As of October 2026 the Kwiga pricing page lists LMS plans at $20 per month (Growth, 1,000 active members), $70 (Pro, 5,000) and $196 (BigTuna, 20,000), labeled as annual payment, plus a pay as you go option from $0.50 per day billed per active member and per email. Commission on payments is 0%. Webinars, email marketing, the chatbot and storage on Kwiga are billed separately; video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny or VdoCipher is free, and a connected domain costs $3 per month. The page mentions a white label add-on on Growth and Pro and no mobile app.
FitCoUp plans in EUR per month: Basic 99 for 300 students, Pro 499 for 3,000, Enterprise 899 for 15,000, Agency 1,499 for unlimited, two months free on annual billing, 0% platform fee, 14 day trial without a card. Video storage is included (50 GB on Basic, 500 GB on Pro) or linked from YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny. Kwiga is cheaper for a course; FitCoUp includes the fitness product and the revenue mechanics in the plan.
What students get
On Kwiga a student logs into a course site with lessons, tests and a webinar room. On FitCoUp a student opens your link and installs your branded PWA on iOS and Android, with a program as a day by day path and a guided workout player.
- Per exercise countdown, rest timer, next move preview, intervals, rounds, follow along mode, alternatives for restrictions.
- Streaks that follow the program cadence with two freezes a month, milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.
- Measurements, goal forecast, progress photos with side by side comparison, mood and pain check-in stored only with consent.
- Interface in English and Ukrainian, honest billing with a reminder before every charge.
Selling and retention
Kwiga sells through sales pages, order forms, webinars and email campaigns, and its quiz tool is billed per attempt outside the LMS. FitCoUp sells through a quiz funnel with branching rules in every plan, one program with monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time prices, trials for new students only, and funnels that run after the sale: a one-click offer on the thank you page, checkout recovery emails, upsell funnels from an entry product to the membership and to the next level. The retention engine runs 16 rules and 64 editable templates from day one, and failed payments are retried on day 1, 2 and 3 with a one tap card update. Client economics shows LTV per product and cohort, CAC per channel and what each mechanic earned.
Who should stay on Kwiga
Kwiga is the better choice when:
- Your product is a course with lessons and tests, with webinars as the main live format.
- You need email marketing, a chatbot and a CRM in one account and pay for them as you go.
- Your budget for software is under 50 EUR per month and the audience is small.
- You need Ukrainian payment providers today; FitCoUp runs on Stripe, with Ukrainian providers on the roadmap.
Moving from Kwiga to FitCoUp
Export your students from Kwiga and import a CSV into FitCoUp with email, name, program and end date. Videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny link directly; files move to private storage with access by entitlement. Rebuild programs from a template such as a 4 week program with 12 sessions, offers and trials in one click. Subscriptions restart in your checkout, since billing never moves between platforms; a coupon or a trial eases the switch. A school can be live the same day; a full catalog takes about a week.
