Strength, mobility and recovery in the player
Strength sessions carry sets, reps, tempo and rest per exercise with a rest timer and a preview of the next move; mobility sessions use timed holds; recovery sessions use follow along mode with the coach's video. Alternatives on every exercise cover joints that complain and days with no energy, and the student picks the alternative once. Resume where you stopped and the completion celebration are small things that matter for a woman training at 6 am before the house wakes up.
Check-ins that respect privacy
The check-in after a session asks for mood and pain by default, and you can add measurements such as sleep hours, energy or a symptom score. All of this is health data and is stored only after explicit consent that the student can withdraw at any time; without consent the session still counts and the streak still grows. Data is hosted in the EU, students can export or delete their account, and support roles in your team see masked emails. FitCoUp makes no medical claims and the coach is responsible for the program content.
Finding the right program with a quiz
The quiz asks about stage, main goal (strength, sleep, energy, joint comfort), experience, equipment and time, plus a text field for what the person wants to change, and the branching rules recommend one program and one offer. Email capture carries a separate marketing consent. The result page speaks in the person's own words. Source capture shows whether a podcast, a reel or a newsletter brought paying members.
Gentle retention and honest billing
The 64 templates are editable, and the rules that matter here are the week one habit confirmation after three sessions, inactivity messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer, the streak at risk message with two freezes a month, and the milestone rewards at 7, 21 and 50 sessions. Billing sends a reminder before every charge, offers pause instead of cancel, retries a failed payment on day 1, 2 and 3 with a one tap card update and runs a win-back at day 30. The upsell funnel offers the membership after the foundations program, and the dashboard shows LTV per program, CAC per channel and what each mechanic earned.
