How programs are structured
A program is a path. You group lessons into weeks and modules, then choose how access opens: sequentially, where the next lesson unlocks after the previous one, or by date, where lessons open on the calendar. Date based access is how challenges with a fixed start date work, and sequential access fits evergreen programs that people start whenever they buy.
Lessons can be marked as free preview, so a visitor sees a real session before paying. Nutrition products use the same structure and are available on Pro and above.
Create workout programs online from a template
Templates remove the blank page. The 4 week mobility template, for example, creates 12 sessions, the offers and the trial in one click. You replace the exercises and videos with your own, adjust the schedule, and the structure, pricing and trial logic are already in place.
Duplicate a program to build a second level or a seasonal version. Bulk actions let you move, rename or retime many lessons at once. Version history of lessons means an edit can be rolled back, which matters when a content editor on your team works on a live program.
Exercise library, lesson types and timing
Every exercise you add to a lesson carries the data the workout player needs.
- Timing, reps, sets, tempo and heart rate zones per exercise.
- Alternatives for restrictions, so a client with a restriction gets a substitute inside the session.
- Circuits, intervals and rounds, so the player can run them with countdowns and rest timers.
- Video, PDF and text lessons in the same module.
- Free preview lessons before purchase.
- Challenges with fixed start dates and date based unlocking.
Video hosting and storage
Upload videos to private storage, where access follows entitlement: a client sees a video only while their purchase or subscription is active. Or paste external links from YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny if your library already lives there.
Storage grows with the plan: 50 GB on Basic, 500 GB on Pro, 2 TB on Enterprise and 5 TB on Agency.
Turn a fitness course into a product
Pricing lives next to the program, so one product can carry several ways to pay.
- Monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time offers on the same product.
- Free or paid trials for new students only.
- Deadlines and quantity limits for launches.
- Bundles that combine several programs.
- Coupons, order bumps and upsells on Pro and above.
- Completion and lesson drop-off in analytics on Pro and above, so you see where a program loses people.
