Pricing and fees: Kajabi vs FitCoUp
As of October 2026 Kajabi costs $179 per month on Basic ($143 on annual billing), $249 on Growth ($199) and $499 on Pro ($399). Processing is 2.7 to 2.9% plus $0.30, and a third party processor adds a 0.5 to 2% surcharge. The branded app is on Growth and Pro.
FitCoUp costs 99 EUR per month on Basic (300 students), 499 on Pro (3,000 students), 899 on Enterprise (15,000 students, native apps) and 1,499 on Agency (unlimited). Annual billing gives two months free; the platform fee is 0% and only Stripe processing applies. Neither platform takes a cut, so the comparison is about what the plan contains.
What your students get
On Kajabi a fitness student gets a course: modules, video lessons and downloads. On FitCoUp the student opens your link and gets a branded PWA with the program as a day by day path:
- Guided workout player with per exercise countdown, rest timer and next move preview.
- Alternatives for restrictions, circuits, intervals and rounds, follow along video mode.
- Streaks with two freezes a month, milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.
- Measurements, goal forecast, progress photos, interface in English and Ukrainian.
Selling and retention
Kajabi's marketing tools are broad and general purpose. FitCoUp's do one job: turn a visitor into a student of a specific program and keep that student training. The quiz funnel uses branching rules to land every visitor on a plan reveal with the matching offer. Products carry monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time prices; Pro adds coupons, order bumps, upsells and nutrition products. The retention engine runs 16 rules from day one: trial nudges, streak alerts, inactivity flows, dunning, cancel save offers and a win-back after 30 days.
Who should stay on Kajabi
Kajabi remains the better choice when:
- Most revenue comes from non-fitness courses or coaching and you want one platform for all of it.
- Your fitness product is education, such as certification prep, with no need for timers.
- You need a native store app at the Growth price; FitCoUp native apps start on Enterprise.
- Your site and funnels already run in Kajabi and moving them costs more than the gain.
Moving from Kajabi to FitCoUp
Many creators keep the Kajabi site and move the fitness programs first. Import students from a CSV with email, name, program and end date, upload videos to private storage or link them from YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny, and start from a template such as a 4 week mobility program with 12 sessions. Subscriptions restart in your FitCoUp checkout, ideally with a coupon. A school can be live the same day; a full catalog takes about a week. The 14 day trial needs no card.
