Pilates products and how to set them up
A foundations course, for example 6 weeks of mat work at 59 EUR one-time, covers the mat repertoire in sequence. A membership, for example 24 EUR per month with a 7 day trial for new students, opens the full library with a new program each month. Prices are examples.
- Foundations. modules per week, sequential access, a free preview class.
- Reformer or small equipment. a separate program with its own exercise library.
- Membership. monthly and annual on the same product, pause included.
- Challenge. 28 days of core work with a fixed start date and a deadline on the offer.
- Offers. monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time, plus coupons and bundles.
A player built for precision work
Each exercise carries timing, reps, sets and tempo, the countdown and rest timer run on their own, and the next move preview keeps the flow. Alternatives for restrictions give a modified version for a sensitive neck or lower back. The player resumes where the student stopped and ends with a mood and pain check-in, stored only with consent. Progress tracks streaks, measurements, progress photos side by side, and milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.
A quiz that places each client at the right level
The hardest question from a new client is where to start. The quiz funnel asks about experience, equipment at home, goals such as posture, core strength or back comfort, and time per week, then branching rules map answers to the right program and offer. Email capture comes before or after the result with separate marketing consent, and analytics on Pro show drop-off per question.
Retention for pilates regulars
Pilates works when it is regular. The retention engine, 16 rules and 64 templates in English and Ukrainian, is enabled on day one and editable.
- Trial. welcome on day 0, nudge on day 1, check-in on day 3, offer on day 5, notice two days before the end.
- Week one. habit confirmation after three sessions.
- Streak at risk. a message the day before it breaks; two freezes a month protect busy weeks.
- Inactivity. messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer.
- Billing. a renewal notice three days before, retries on day 1, 3 and 7, win-back with a coupon after 30 days.
Moving from a marketplace or a recordings folder
Playbook, as of October 2026, keeps subscribers inside its marketplace app and takes a standard 20% of net revenue. On FitCoUp students open your app, the platform fee is 0%, and payouts go to your own Stripe account. Keep recordings on YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny or upload them to private storage, then import students through CSV with email, name, program and end date. A studio from templates can be live the same day; a full catalog takes about a week.
