What dance teachers sell and how to structure it
A beginner course, for example 8 weeks of one style at 49 EUR one-time, teaches technique in sequence. A style membership, for example 19 EUR per month with a 7 day free trial, opens the choreography library with a new piece every month. Prices are examples.
- Beginner course. modules per week, sequential access, a free preview lesson.
- Membership. monthly and annual on one product, a trial for new students, pause included.
- Intensive. 14 days on one piece with a fixed start date, a deadline and a quantity limit.
- Single choreography. a one-time product, or an order bump on Pro.
- Offers. monthly, 3 month, 6 month, annual, lifetime and one-time, plus coupons.
A player made for drills, counts and repeats
For drills the player runs intervals and rounds with a countdown, a rest timer and a preview of the next combination, and alternatives for restrictions give a simpler version for a knee issue. Lessons can be video, PDF or text, so counts and notes sit next to the clip. Resume where you stopped returns the student to the count they were on. Progress shows streaks, photos side by side and milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions.
A quiz that sends each student to the right class
Every new follower asks: am I too much of a beginner for this. The quiz funnel builder asks about experience, styles of interest, a goal such as a performance, fitness or confidence, and time per week, then branching rules map the answers to a program and an offer. Email capture comes before or after the result with separate marketing consent, and analytics show drop-off per question.
Keeping dancers after the intensive
The retention engine, 16 rules and 64 templates in English and Ukrainian across in-app, email and push, is enabled on day one and editable.
- Trial. day 0 welcome, day 1 nudge, day 3 check-in, day 5 offer, a notice two days before the end.
- Habit. confirmation after three sessions in week one; a streak at risk reminder the day before it breaks.
- Inactivity. messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer.
- Billing. a renewal notice three days before, retries on day 1, 3 and 7, win-back with a coupon after 30 days.
- Rewards. a coupon, a bonus choreography or an extra freeze at milestones.
Moving from YouTube links and group chats
Videos can stay on YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny as external links, or move to private storage so a link cannot be forwarded. Students import through CSV with email, name, program and end date, with paid access intact. The group chat moves into a community on Pro. Payments go to your own Stripe account with a 0% platform fee. With templates a school can be live the same day; a full library takes about a week.
