Products that work for HIIT and bootcamp coaches
The bootcamp format maps directly onto a challenge: a fixed start date, 6 weeks of sessions that open by date, a deadline to join and a limited number of places. People buy a start date and a group more than a library. The membership format is the library: four new sessions a week, categories by length and equipment, a monthly price with a trial, and annual for people who want to commit. A one-time starter pack of 20 sessions is the entry product for cold traffic, and the funnel later moves buyers into the membership.
- Bootcamp. fixed start date, date based access, quantity limit, deadline, community topic for the cohort (Pro).

- Starter pack. one-time, lifetime access, used as the entry product for the upsell funnel.
- Order bumps and coupons for launch week on Pro and above.
A workout player built for intervals
Each exercise in a session carries its own work time, rest time, reps or tempo. The player counts down the work, shows the rest timer with the next move in preview, runs rounds and circuits and keeps the structure when a member swaps an exercise for an alternative. In follow along mode the coach's video plays with the timers on top, so a member sees the demonstration and the countdown at once. A member who stops at round three resumes at round three. After the session the mood and pain check-in, stored only with consent, feeds the retention rules.
Filling the bootcamp from a quiz
Cold traffic from a reel does not read a long sales page. The quiz asks about the goal, the fitness level, the equipment at home, the time per session and the joints that complain, and the branching rules send a beginner without equipment to the low impact bootcamp and a regular to the advanced one, each with its own offer and start date. UTM and source capture show which reel filled the cohort, and the drop-off per question shows which question to cut.
Retention after the first two weeks
Bootcamps lose people in week three. The retention engine handles this with rules that are on from day one and editable: a habit confirmation after three sessions in week one, a streak at risk message the day before it breaks, inactivity messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer for the membership, and milestones at 1, 7, 14, 21, 50 and 100 sessions with rewards such as a coupon or an extra freeze. Streaks follow the cadence of the program, so a planned rest day never breaks one.
The next cohort and the membership
At the finish of a bootcamp the upsell funnel offers the next level with a completion bonus or up to 20% off for 5 days, and after three sessions in the first week of a one-time starter pack it offers the membership with the purchase counted toward the first month. The thank you page after every purchase carries one one-click offer with the card just used, 3D Secure on the page, with a timer kept on the server. Failed payment recovery, a reminder before every charge and the win-back at day 30 run on the membership automatically, and the dashboard shows what each mechanic earned.
