Analytics dashboard

Fitness business analytics from the first visit to the renewal

FitCoUp fitness business analytics follows one funnel: visit, quiz, checkout, purchase, trial, paid, renewal. Each step is a number you can open, from drop-off per quiz question to trial to paid conversion, churn, completion and lesson drop-off, revenue and refunds.

Analytics is included on Pro and above, with CSV export, and a data export API on Enterprise and Agency.

Funnel analytics

Visit to quiz to checkout to purchase, with traffic sources by UTM.

Trial to paid

Trial conversion next to the retention messages that drive it.

Churn and completion

Churn, completion and lesson drop-off per lesson.

Export

CSV export on Pro, data export API on Enterprise and Agency.

Funnel analytics for creators: visit to quiz to purchase

The funnel starts where traffic lands. UTM and source are captured on every visit and every lead, so a Meta campaign and a link in your social profile show up as separate sources. From there you see how many people start the quiz, where they drop off question by question, how many reach checkout and how many buy.

Because the quiz, the checkout and the programs all run on your FitCoUp link, the numbers come from one system.

Trial to paid conversion tracking

Trial conversion is its own report. You see how trials turn into paid plans, and next to it sits the trial flow from the retention engine: welcome on day 0, nudge on day 1, check-in on day 3, conversion offer on day 5 and the service notice two days before the end.

When the number moves, you know which message to edit. All 64 templates are editable, and the renewal price is always shown before a trial ends.

What the analytics dashboard reports

One dashboard, with the reports a fitness business checks weekly.

  • Funnel from visit to quiz to checkout to purchase.
  • Trial conversion.
  • Churn on subscriptions.
  • Completion and lesson drop-off per lesson.
  • Revenue and refunds.
  • Traffic sources with UTM and quiz drop-off per question.

Content and retention metrics

Completion and lesson drop-off show which session loses people. Fix it in the program builder: add an alternative for a restriction, shorten a lesson, or move it later in the path. Version history keeps the previous lesson in case the change made it worse.

Churn comes with context. The cancel flow records a reason on every cancellation, refunds carry a reason, and the inactivity rules at 3, 7 and 14 days work on the clients who are about to show up in churn. Measurement and progress data from the player is stored only with consent.

Export, access and privacy

Analytics is for your team as much as for you, with roles that control what each person sees.

  • CSV export of every report.
  • Data export API on Enterprise and Agency.
  • Analyst, support and content roles see masked student emails.
  • Audit log of every action and two factor authentication.
  • Meta Pixel, GA4 and TikTok pixel load only after cookie consent.
  • Data hosted in the EU in Frankfurt, with creator export of students, progress and sales at any time.

Questions

Which plan includes analytics?

Pro at 499 EUR per month and above. Funnel, churn and completion reports are part of Pro, and Enterprise adds a data export API.

Can I see which traffic source brought paying clients?

Yes. UTM and source are captured on every lead and reported as traffic sources with UTM in the funnel.

How do I track trial to paid conversion?

The trial conversion report shows how trials turn into paid plans, next to the trial retention flow, so you can edit the messages behind the number.

Can I export the data?

Yes. CSV export is included, Enterprise and Agency add a data export API, and you can export students, progress and sales at any time.

Can my analyst work in the dashboard without seeing client emails?

Yes. The analyst role sees masked student emails, and every action is in the audit log.
