What meditation and breathwork teachers sell online
The 21 day foundations program is the entry product: one guided session a day, sequential access, a free preview session, sold once with lifetime access. A membership is the library: sleep, focus, anxiety and morning sessions by length, new sessions every week, a monthly or annual price with a trial for new members. A live cohort, for example a 6 week breathwork journey, runs as a challenge with a fixed start date and a limited number of places; live sessions themselves are part of Enterprise, and on Basic and Pro you link your call from a lesson. Prices in examples are illustrations; you set your own.

Sessions, timers and breathing protocols in the player
A guided meditation is a video or audio lesson with a timer, and the player resumes where the student stopped. A breathing protocol is built from intervals: inhale 4 seconds, hold 7, exhale 8, for a number of rounds, and the player counts each phase with a cue and a preview of the next phase. Box breathing, extended exhales and round based protocols all fit the same structure. Alternatives on a session let a student pick a shorter version on a hard day. The check-in after the session asks for mood, and for teachers who want it, a one word note; both are stored only after explicit consent that the student can withdraw.
A quiz that recommends a practice
The quiz asks what the person wants (sleep, calm, focus, energy), their experience, the time they have in the morning or evening and whether they prefer guided voice or silence with cues. The branching rules recommend one program and one offer, and the result page reveals the plan in words the person used. Email capture before or after the result carries a separate marketing consent, and the analytics show drop-off per question.
Retention written for a practice
The retention engine runs 16 rules and 64 editable templates from day one, and for a practice you edit the tone rather than the timing: the welcome on day 0, a nudge on day 1 if the first session was not done, a check-in on day 3, a conversion offer on day 5 of a trial, the streak at risk message the day before it breaks and inactivity messages at 3, 7 and 14 days with a pause offer. Streaks follow the program cadence and two freezes a month absorb a difficult week. Milestones at 7, 21 and 50 sessions carry rewards such as a bonus session.
Billing with care
Students get an email and a push with the amount and the date before every renewal and before a trial ends, can cancel in two taps or pause instead of losing progress, and failed payments are retried on day 1, 2 and 3 with a one tap card update before access closes. Health related entries such as mood are stored only with consent, data is hosted in the EU and students can export or delete their account. The dashboard shows LTV per program, CAC per channel and what each mechanic earned.
