A private community for fitness clients, behind the login
The community opens inside the same app where clients train, so the person who just finished a session is one tap away from posting about it. Topics are set per program, so each group gathers around its own path.
Because the whole school runs on your link with your logo and colors, the community reads as your space. Clients use the same account for programs, progress and community.
Topics, polls and reactions
Everything a fitness group uses every week is there.
- Topics such as results, questions and wins, with topics per program.
- Polls for picking the next challenge theme or the week's focus.
- Likes and comments on every post.
- Pinned posts for rules, schedules and the current challenge prompt.
- Coach and team badges on replies from your side.
Running a challenge community
Challenges in FitCoUp have a fixed start date, so a cohort starts together and moves through the same days. Give the challenge its own topic, pin the daily prompt, and let results and wins fill the feed. Milestones at 1, 7, 14 and 21 sessions and streaks with two freezes a month give people something to post about, and rewards for milestones can be a message, a coupon, content access or an extra freeze.
When the challenge ends, the cohort is already in your app, where the next program and your offers are waiting.
Moderation and team roles
Moderation is built in, with a record of every action.
- Moderation with reasons. every removal states why.
- Reports from members, reviewed by your team.
- Pinned posts to keep the important thread on top.
- Roles for the team. owner, admin, content, support, marketer, finance, coach and analyst.
- Audit log of every action and two factor authentication for the dashboard.
- 5 team seats on Pro, 15 on Enterprise, unlimited on Agency.
Plans, languages and data
Community with moderation starts on Pro at 499 EUR per month, with 3,000 students and 5 team seats, and continues on Enterprise and Agency. The student interface is in Ukrainian and English.
Data is hosted in the EU in Frankfurt. Students can export their data as JSON and delete their account with a 30 day grace period, and you can export students, progress and sales at any time.
